For couples
Money, on the same page.
One shared budget that AI keeps current, private space where you want it, and goals you plan together. Your partner joins free.
One budget for two, and AI keeps it current.
One picture
You both see the same numbers, kept current for you. No chasing.
Own space
Private accounts and fun money: nobody has to explain a coffee.
Fair splits
Split costs 50/50 or by income, and see who’s covered what.
Shared goals
A trip, a house, a baby on the way. Plan for them first, together.
Shared, not surveilled
See the whole picture. Keep your corner of it.
Choose, account by account, what’s shared. Joint checking and the mortgage in the middle, a personal card on the side. Everyone sees what they should, and nothing they shouldn’t.
- Shared accounts
- Joint accounts and shared bills appear for both of you automatically.
- Private accounts
- Keep any account to yourself, while it still counts toward your plan.
- Separate sign-ins
- Each of you has your own login, your own alerts and your own settings.
- Read-only helpers
- Give an accountant or a parent a view, with no way to change anything.
Plan together
One budget. Two opinions. No spreadsheet.
Foundation drafts a household budget from what you both really spend. Review it together in ten minutes, adjust what you disagree on, and let it keep itself current.
- Drafted for you
- No blank page to argue over. Start from what you both really spend.
- Shared goals
- Plan for the trip, the house or the baby first, then save for it as a team.
- Fair splits
- Track who paid for what, split 50/50 or in proportion to each of your incomes.
- The weekly check-in
- A short, guided look at what changed and what’s coming up next week.
New to budgeting together?
Joint or separate accounts, fair splits, and the ten-minute check-in that keeps you aligned. Our guide covers it all.
Questions, answered.
Does my partner need to pay?
No. One subscription covers your household, at $7 a month or $60 a year. Invite your partner from Settings.
Do we each get our own login?
Yes. Each person signs in separately with their own email, and both see the same shared accounts, budget and goals.
Can I keep an account private?
Yes. Any account can stay private to you. It still counts toward your own picture without appearing in the shared one.
We keep separate finances. Is Foundation still useful?
Yes. Share only the joint account or the bills you split, and keep everything else separate. Foundation shows what’s shared and who has paid what.
Can someone see our finances without changing anything?
Yes. Give a parent, accountant or planner read-only access. They can see what you share and nothing else, and can’t edit a thing.
Build it together.
Connect your accounts and let AI do the rest. $7 a month, your whole household included.
